Product Return and/or Replacement Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery of your Anxiety Relief TM in the mail registry to request a return or replacement.


To initiate a return or replacement request, either because you understand that your product is defective or for any other reason, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery of your product as registered by emailing garantía@drcarloblanco.com. You must include a photo of your Anxiety Relief as received unused, as well as your purchase receipt, with your full name and shipping address. Within 5-10 business days you will receive an email indicating whether your return was accepted or denied. If accepted, we will indicate the steps to be taken in the email.

If your return request is accepted, you will be notified of the prompt shipment of your replacement, which should arrive within 3 to 7 business days, or a refund to your payment method, which should be reflected in your account within 5 to 10 business days (depending on the speed of processing at your bank).

We reserve the right to deny a request for return and/or replacement.

By purchasing your Anxiety Relief TM, you accept our decisions regarding your request to return and/or replace it.
